The 2021 growing season was hard on the appellation — severe April frosts, persistent rain — and the wines it produced are lighter and more elegant than warmer years. This one reflects that: lower tannin, higher acidity, and a clean fruit profile that drinks well now through 2028. Certified Kosher and Mevushal.
