< style="margin: 0;">A single lieu-dit from Domaine de Haute-Perche's 35 hectares in the Aubance Valley, planted on the dark schist soils that define Anjou Noir. The vines are 40-plus years old, farmed biodynamically since the estate's 2019 transformation under Thierry Denjean.
Direct-pressed and fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel, then aged twelve months in French oak — partially new — the wine builds concentration without sacrificing the grip and saline edge that schist terroir delivers in Anjou.
